How does Prepared Assist use AI?

Call transcription through Prepared Assist transcribes every word of every call, said by the caller or telecommunicator, and displays it for the telecommunicator to view live or refer back to later in the call. Insights, powered by AI, use transcribed audio to highlight and distinguish key pieces of information for the telecommunicator so that they can quickly disseminate the most important information directly to responders in the field. Additionally, AI translates the audio in 19 languages.

Agency Leaders are raving

“[AI Insights] are really, really accurate, I don’t know how it’s that accurate so kudos to [Prepared] for developing it...nothing but praise, we’ve been really impressed, from the call-takers to the dispatchers to the tech team to myself...it really seems like the next big thing. It eliminates that tension between dispatchers and call-takers, I don’t have to have them yell over and say ‘What is this?’, the [information] is already there.” - Anthony Mignogna, Chief of Communications, Delaware County Emergency Services
Responders rush to an upside down car

“I’m a working director and yesterday I worked the floor and filled in for [a telecommunicator] that was off and I didn’t type a single note yesterday...and I’m not the first one. I would ask all of my questions, follow along with Prepared [Assist] to make sure the AI was transcribing properly, and then copy-and-paste...all-day long, for 12 hours.”
