A long-rumored, much-discussed, and oft-misunderstood concept, video on the 911 call has finally arrived in the American public safety ecosystem. Emergency personnel are either using video in their centers, seeing it used in other centers, or exploring the idea of it amongst their team. Many questions remain, however, for those that are and aren't using it.
