Introducing the Prepared Assist Academy

Prepared is proud to announce the launch of the Prepared Assist Academy, an online learning hub built within the Prepared platform exclusively for users, free of charge, with courses available to be completed at an individual's pace.

Each comprehensive training program is tailored to address the unique demands of the PSAP and designed to fit a busy schedule, creating a streamlined learning experience with curated learning paths for each role within the center.

Stay tuned as we continue to showcase insights from 911 leaders and expand our library with fresh content regularly."

Courses will be added to the Academy on a regular basis. Currently, users can access courses like:

• Six Ways to Manage Domestic Violence Calls with Prepared
• One-hour Quick Start for Prepared

Additionally, we are excited to feature courses from Roxy Van Gundy, Director of Lyon County Emergency Communications, NENA 2nd Vice President. Roxy shares her expertise on managing a PSAP with courses like:
